“We are the heart. We are the hands. We are the voice of Spirit on Earth.
And all we are and all we do is a blessing to the World!
—Dr. Karen Drucker – Sprit Songs II

Patricia Watson, RScP " Nova Scotia is the spirit of the sea!  Nova Scotia is where the salt of the sea meets the salt of the earth!  It's a land brimming with energy, overflowing with music, and bursting with seacoast traditions from old world cultures.  The people, (Mi'kmaq, Acadian (French), English, Scottish, Irish, African, Asian and German), have come together over the centuries to form the rich mosaic of who we are. They have moved here because it is such a beautiful and heart-warming place to live.  We are rich in various forms of music, folk-art, and cultural traditions.  Music ranges from sultry jazz to gospel and Celtic folk.  Our cultural richness and diversity is what makes Nova Scotia such a wonderful and warm (in spirit) place to live

Pat began the East LaHave study group in November 2004. There was a request for a study group meeting in Halifax so in March, 2005 the Halifax group was born. Presently there are 10 members in the East LaHave group and 8 in the Halifax group. We have studied various “new thought” writers and are presently reading Eckhart Tolle’s book, “A New Earth: Awakening to your Life’s Purpose”. We include sharing, meditation, singing, prayer requests and a discussion of a chapter in the current book we are reading. The East LaHave study group meets on the third Sunday of the month and the Halifax group meets on The Groupthe fourth Sunday of the month. During the months of July and December, both study groups come together to celebrate and to deepen our study. In July we always have a special guest speaker who presents a workshop around what we are studying at that present time. The December meeting is a celebration of our year together.

Pat is teaching the SOM Online classes, co-facilitating the Global Heart Online Study Group (which meets the first and third Sunday’s of each month). She is also the co-coordinator for the Center of Peace (Philadelphia, PA), Practitioner Core and the Vice-Chair of the CSL Global Core, which assists CSL study groups, teaching chapters and spiritual centres by supporting the growth, care and development of global works outside of the US.
